Shipping

Free Standard Shipping for all Aus orders over $200.

All orders are sent via Australia Post Registered Post.

Standard Shipping is $11 and please allow 3-6 business days for delivery.

Express Shipping is $16 and please allow 2-4 business days for delivery.

International Shipping is $30 depending on your location delivery times will differ. It is your responsibility to pay any import duty, sales taxes and any local services fees within your own country.

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been fulfilled.

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and if you change your mind for any reason, we've made it super easy for you to return your order back to us for an exchange or credit note. We do not offer REFUNDS unless the garment is faulty. To create a Return please login or create a new customer account here.

RETURNS PROCESS

Subject to the below, items can be returned for an online credit note within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Due to our turnover over of stock we will strive to do an exchange online, if that is not possible you will be issued with a E Gift Card that is valid for 3 years. Once we have received your return, it will be processed within 5 business days.

FINAL SALE ITEMS and 50% SALE ITEMS cannot be returned.
Accessories - due to hygiene reasons, we do not allow returns of accessories. For clarity, we allow returns of shoes, handbags and hats.

Your return must meet the following conditions:

Must be received within 14 business days of receiving your order
Must be new and unworn with all original swing tags attached.
Must not be soiled, have any dirty marks, make-up or fake tan marks.
Must not smell of perfume, deodorant, body odour, cosmetics or washing powder.
Item is not an Accessory (shoes, handbags and hats can be returned if they meet our above criteria).

The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense. If you have received a faulty garment or an incorrect garment, we will cover the cost of your return postage. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number as we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit to us. While every effort is made to accurately portray the colour of our garments, there may be slight differences due to monitor displays on computers and phones.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe your garment has a fault, please send us an email by clicking here and we will respond to you as soon as possible. If your product is indeed faulty a replacement or refund will be issued.
