⚠️ Closing Down Notice

Vivian The Store is in the process of closing down:

  • All sales are final.

  • No change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or store credits/gift cards are available, as the business will not continue operating.

  • Faulty items will continue to be handled strictly in line with Australian Consumer Law.


Final Sale & Sale Items

  • As we are closing down, all items are now FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for change-of-mind under any circumstances.

  • FINAL SALE ITEMS and 50% SALE ITEMS cannot be returned for change-of-mind.

  • Accessories (except shoes, handbags, and hats) are not returnable due to hygiene reasons.

  • Shoe Shipping

    • All shoes are shipped in protective slips and do not include the original box.

    • Shoes are carefully wrapped to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.


🛠 Faulty Items

We follow Australian Consumer Law for all faulty items:

  • Minor faults (e.g., missing accessory such as a belt, loose thread, small repairable issue) will be remedied by repair or replacement, where available.

  • Major faults (e.g., item is not usable, significantly different from described, or cannot be repaired within a reasonable time) may entitle you to a refund or replacement.

We cover return postage for items confirmed as faulty.

Important: If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us immediately by email at vivianthestore@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if relevant. We will advise the correct next steps.


🎁 Gift Cards

  • Gift cards can no longer be redeemed after 20 December 2025, as the business will be fully closed.
