Returns Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and if you change your mind for any reason, we've made it super easy for you to return your order back to us for an exchange or credit note. RETURNS PROCCESS

Subject to the below, items can be returned for an online credit note within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Due to our turnover over of stock we are unable to do an exchange online, however if you pop into the store we are happy to exchange if your size is available. Once we have received your return, it will be proccessed within 5 business days.

  • FINAL SALE ITEMS cannot be returned.
  • Accessories - due to hygiene reasons, we do not allow returns of accessories. For clarity, we allow returns of shoes, handbags and hats.

Your return must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be received within 14 business days of receiving your order
  • Must be new and unworn with all original swing tags attached.
  • Must not be soiled, have any dirty marks, make-up or fake tan marks. 
  • Must not smell of perfume, deodorant, body odour, cosmetics or washing powder. 
  • Item is not an Accessory (shoes, handbags and hats can be returned if they meet our above criteria).

 The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense. If you have received a faulty garment or an incorrect garment, we will cover the cost of your return postage. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number as we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit to us. While every effort is made to accurately portray the colour of our garments, there may be slight differences due to monitor displays on computers and phones.

 
FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe your garment has a fault, please send us an email by clicking here and we will respond to you as soon as possible. If your product is indeed faulty a replacement or refund will be issued.
